More money for education and work in Wallonia

Wallonia spends 477 euro per person for employment, compared to only 312 euro in Flanders.  For training, Wallonia spends 254 euro for training compared with 187 euro in Flanders.

Walloon-Brussels state

In a meeting with FDF militants Maingain threatened to cut off Brussels from Flanders and create a new Walloon-Brussels state, with an expanded Brussels eating up into the Flemish countryside.

Bye Bye Flanders

In a parliament debate Olivier Maingain said that the Walloons are 'fed up' with Flemish 'blackmail' and that they will soon kick out Flanders from Belgium.

Workers refusing to come to work

Flemish companies can offer work for up to 12,000 Walloons, but they are unwilling to come to Flanders.  According to UNIZO these jobs don't require knowledge of Dutch and are close to the language border.

Bus apartheid

Walloon bus company TEC does not serve Flemish cities.  Kathleen Van Brempt, Flemish minister of transportation, wants to discuss the possibility of buses that cross over the language border.
